forlabels is committed to managing all customers’ submitted complaints in a respectful, professional, efficient and fair manner.

Where possible, Forlabels affirms the complainant that we have received the complaint registered and provides him with information on how to handle it.

Complaints are recommended to be sent via e-mail to the respective customer service employee responsible for each customer.
