At forlabels, we do believe in the value of life long learning and our number one priority, concerns the protection of human life.
Today, October 16th, 2022, we share with you the need for cardiac arrest awareness. Each one of us, can save a human life, if he is trained to “restart” one’s heart in 3 simple steps: CHECK, CALL, COMPRESS.
Within this framework, on Thursday the 22nd of September, we held a first aid training session, by volunteer trainers of the H.S.E.P.C. (Hellenic Society of Emergency Prehospital Care). We were trained in BLS (Basic Life Support), in CPR, using an automatic external defibrillator, in resuscitation and in choking revival. We have been awarded with a two-year certification by the @ERC European Resuscitation Council.
It is important indeed to share acts of care, in order to protect all that we love.
